Mexican singer-songwriter and Zoé vocalist León Larregui challenges his own creativity by producing his third solo album, Prismarama.
Influenced by his partner and his desire to preserve the integrity of his songs, Larregui decided to produce the album himself, seeking to maintain the essence of his original demos. Recorded in Paris, the album fuses psychedelic, synth-pop and gothic rock sounds with lyrics that explore contemporary issues such as confinement and the digital age, as well as personal experiences of love and disillusionment.
With lyrics in English and Spanish, Prismarama reflects León Larregui’s cultural duality and his spiritual quest for beauty and connection through music, manifested in poetic melodies that provide a transcendental experience for the listener. Prismarama represents an intimate and authentic journey into the very essence of Larregui.
